This course examines the basics, most importantly to be considerate of others, dress/appearance, the workplace versus social situations, business meetings, proper introductions and “the handshake”, conversation skills/small talk, cultural differences affecting international business opportunities, dealing with interruptions, and proper business email and telephone etiquette. The course can be taken at your own pace and all results are recorded electronically.
In order to obtain your certificate you must first successfully complete these topics:

- Achieve a score of at least 90% in the quiz
- Complete and submit the feedback form
Once these activities are marked complete your certificate will be available to download and print.
